Who can join the fashion designing course at Shanas?

Anyone with an interest in fashion can join. Students after 10th or 12th, college graduates, homemakers and working professionals all study with us. No prior stitching experience is needed for the foundation courses.

How long are the courses?

Short-term tailoring and certificate courses run for a few months, while diploma programmes in dress designing and fashion designing run for one or two years. Our team will recommend the right duration for your goal on the enquiry call.

Do you offer online classes?

Yes. Along with classroom batches at our Trichy campus, we run online batches so students outside Trichy can learn the same practical syllabus from home.

Is the training practical or theory based?

Around 95% of the training is practical. You work on machines, drafting tables and real fabric from the early sessions, supported by a well-equipped lab.

Will I get a certificate and job support?

Yes, you receive a certificate or diploma on completion, and we support students with internship opportunities and guidance for jobs or starting their own boutique.

What is the fee structure?
